Refund Policy

All sales are final once gameplay has begun. No refunds will be issued after the purchaser activates access and begins gameplay.

Mogul Tycoon is a digital product delivered through immediate account access. Starting gameplay constitutes delivery and use of the purchased digital content.

Before gameplay begins

If you purchased accidentally, were charged more than once, or cannot activate access, contact support before beginning gameplay. Requests will be reviewed based on the payment record and account activity; this does not guarantee a refund.

Technical assistance

A technical problem does not automatically qualify for a refund. We will first attempt to restore access or correct a verified service problem.
